科研工作

　　研究方向为航天器动力学与控制，研究兴趣主要涉及空间碎片拖曳清除、航天器编队飞行等；承担国家自然科学基金和科研院所合作课题，获北京理工大学优秀青年教师跨学科资助计划支持；近年来发表学术论文40余篇，被SCI源期刊收录17篇，其中4篇发表在航天领域顶级期刊Journal of Guidance Control and Dynamics上，另有2项国家发明专利获得授权。

教学工作

　　主讲本科生课程《航天器编队飞行理论》和研究生全英文课程《Orbital Mechanics》；

　　担任本科生班主任，指导毕业设计和专业实习，指导校级大学生创新创业项目；

　　指导硕士研究生，负责国内和国际空间轨道设计竞赛我院参赛学生的指导和培训；

　　主持学位与研究生教育发展研究项目，参与研究生教育教学重大培育项目，发表教研论文1篇。

学校学院公共服务工作

　　1、协助本科教学副院长开展ld体育官网本科生教育教学国际化工作，选派优秀学生赴海外参加毕业设计项目和联合培养项目，协助建设ld体育官网本科生全英文课程体系；

　　2、担任北理领航人，协助学校开展招生工作。
